Solo Travellers

There is no single room supplement that will be automatically charged to solo travellers. Subject to availability solo travellers will be allocated a twin room without a balcony to themselves and will not have to share. Solo travellers may pay an optional supplement to upgrade to a twin room with balcony and sea view. On payment of this supplement solo travellers will be guaranteed a room to themselves.

Group Booking Discount

Thinking about organising a group for a horse riding holiday during 2010? Get together a group of six or more riders then one person can holiday here free of charge.

General Conditions of Booking

Weekly Holiday dates are for a complete week starting and finishing on Sundays.

Short Break dates are for four nights arriving on Wednesdays and leaving on Sundays.

Prices are per person per week and are based on two people sharing a twin room.

Flights are not included.

For solo travellers there is no compulsory single room supplement, a single room will be allocated subject to availability.

For three guests sharing a three bedded room a triple room discount per person will be given.

Non riders are charged riding rate with a 40% discount.

The sterling price will apply if payment is made from a UK account by bank transfer or card payment.

The euro price will apply if payment is made from a bank account outside of the UK.

There is no surcharge if payment is made by credit or debit card.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY

Check for availability by sending an email to Steve at info@horse-riding-spain.co.uk or by calling us on 0034 610 943 685.
Download a booking form by clicking here.
When availability has been confirmed arrange your flights and travel insurance.
Attach the completed booking form to an email and send a provisional booking to Steve at info@horse-riding-spain.co.uk, on receipt a place on the holiday will be secured.
The simplest way to make payment for your holiday is by telephone using a debit or credit card. If you choose to make your payment this way please complete the section on the booking form giving your phone number and a convenient time that we can call you to take your payment details. Payments can also be made by international transfer please enquire for details.
You will receive confirmation of your booking, a receipt for the deposit and an invoice for the balance of the cost of your holiday.
The balance of the total cost of your holiday must be received by Fantasia Adventure Holidays no later than six weeks before the departure date of the holiday. If the holiday booking is made within six weeks before departure date, the total cost of the holiday is required with the booking form.
When the balance payment has been received by Fantasia Adventure Holidays you will be sent a receipt, confirmation of transfers and an information pack for your holiday.

Travel Arrangements.

Week long holidays run Sunday to Sunday, short break holidays run Wednesday to Sunday. Collection from Málaga airport is at 14:30, your flight should arrive in good time to clear customs for the pick up time. Drop off at Málaga airport is at 10:30, your return flight should depart no earlier than 12:00.

How to book your flights.

Málaga provides an arrival destination from most European airports at very reasonable prices. Travel agents and the internet can provide details of competitive rates of flights to Málaga.

Flights are also available to Jerez, Gibraltar and Seville, however transfer from these airports are not included.

Car hire is available from Auto Espagne at very reasonable rates, they have offices throughout Spain, including Malaga car hire, Jerez car hire, Seville car hire and La Linea de la Concepcion car hire (for Gibraltar arrivals). Please follow these links to obtain an on-line quotation.

Travel Insurance for your Trip

We believe that safety and enjoyment are equally important when travelling with Fantasia Adventure Holidays. It is therefore one of our terms and conditions of booking that you have adequate travel insurance in place before you travel; cover must include emergency medical expenses, personal accident and repatriation. In addition, we strongly recommend that you include baggage, personal liability and cancellation cover.

Fantasia Adventure Holidays has teamed up with Endsleigh Insurance Services Limited to offer our travellers a range of excellent policies to choose from. Each policy includes:-

NB It is advisable to take out your travel insurance at the time of booking your trip as cover will commence for pre-departure cancellation from the policy issue date. This will, therefore, provide cover should you have to cancel your trip for an insured reason such as illness or serious accident preventing you from travelling.
